What you’ll do:

• Assist in building and testing AI tools to improve business operations (e.g. automation, workflows, internal tools)

• Work with APIs and AI platforms (e.g. OpenAI, no-code/low-code tools)

• Support development of simple internal systems (chatbots, data tools, process automation)

• Help analyse data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency using AI

• Collaborate with different teams (sales, ops, marketing) to implement AI solutions

• Assist with research and testing of new AI tools and technologies

• Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or similar)

• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies

• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment

• Able to work independently and learn quickly

• Bonus: Experience with APIs, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Zapier, Make, or similar tools

• Hands-on experience building real AI tools for a business

• Exposure to how AI is applied in operations, sales, and marketing
