Job Summary

We are looking for Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. This role is suitable for candidates who are hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.

No experience is required as training will be provided. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, work carefully, and support daily production requirements, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and record incoming materials and goods.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Store materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• Pick and prepare materials according to production orders.
• Pack finished products for shipment.
• Perform stock counting and assist with inventory checks.
• Update inventory records and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure materials are properly labelled and organized.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organized.
• Follow company safety procedures and handling requirements.
• Assist with loading goods for delivery and shipment.
• Support production and other departments when required.
• Perform overtime and shift work when required.
• Carry out other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided
• School leavers and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to work shifts when required
• Able to support overtime when required
• Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic hands-on skills are an advantage
• Experience in production, assembly, wiring, factory work, or manufacturing is an added advantage
• Must have own transport or be able to arrange transport to work
• Van transport may be available depending on route and schedule
