Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Prospect and qualify new leads through calls, meetings, and referrals to grow the client pipeline.
• Close sales by matching our financial offerings to client needs and negotiating terms that work for both sides.

Client Relationship & Service

• Build long term client relationships, respond to enquiries, and ensure high service standards during onboarding and beyond.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and keep delivery timelines on track.

Reporting & Operations

• Maintain CRM records, track pipeline health, and prepare regular reports to monitor performance against targets.
• Gather client feedback and suggest practical improvements to sales approaches and processes.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in financial services or a related client-facing industry.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with regular performance check ins.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Sales Management and Business Development experience, with a track record of lead generation and deal closing.
• Strong Customer Relationship Management skills, negotiation ability, and clear communication for client interactions.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Excellent interpersonal communications, problem solving mindset, and the ability to build trust quickly with clients.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage time between prospecting, meetings, and administrative tasks.
