Key Responsibilities:

• To make sure production lines is in well manage.
• To ensure daily output is achieve to the target.
• To make sure all panels are in good condition before lifting/ hoisting to lorry and transfer to yard.
• To report all line activities to Production Manager / Assistant Production Manager.
• To identify the process improvement or conduct Kaizen activity for enhancement.
• To manage proper production planning, proper manpower planning and proper training to workers in order to ensure products produced are according to customer specification.
• To supervise and ensure the concreting process run smoothly.
• To ensure the volume of concrete requested by each line is same as requested.
• To submit daily report for the concrete usage.
• To record daily usage of concrete produce as per requested quantity by each line and ensure the concrete produce in good quality.
• To ensure batching plant machinery manage in good condition.
• To ensure concrete cost is control within the budget.
• Any others task that assign by Senior Production Supervisor / Production Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma / Degree / Post Graduate / Professional Certificate in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Required languages: English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in related field

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
