Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager, Business Development to support our business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate is confident in building partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase sales and customer reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
• Track leads and sales activities using CRM tools and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business goals and campaign efforts.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build the company's presence and reputation.
• Support contract negotiations and coordinate onboarding for new clients or partners.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze business data.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
