Operate production test equipment, troubleshoot and repair defective products
Monitor test performance and drive yield improvement
Debug and control WIP inventory
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance for machines
Repair breakdowns on machine
Support test program version changes based on engineering requirements
Create WI & SOP for new NPI products
Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams on NPI testing
Provide test log files and related information to customers when required
Ensure compliance with ISO QMS requirements
Follow production schedules during debugging and repairs
Ensure good communication across departments and shifts
Maintain a 5S, safe, and clean working environment
Perform any other tasks assigned by the company
STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field
Minimum 1 year working experience in test engineering
Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment
Able to evaluate product quality and manufacturing processes
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken & written)
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and teamwork skills
Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
