WE’RE HIRING: HR EXECUTIVE

Yayasan Pendidikan Rakyat is looking for a proactive, people-oriented and results-driven HR Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, has strong recruitment skills, and is passionate about building a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Track recruitment progress and provide regular hiring updates.

2. Performance Management & KPI

• Develop, implement and monitor the organisation's performance management process.
• Work with management and department heads to establish clear, measurable and achievable KPIs for employees.
• Monitor KPI progress and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate appropriate improvement plans.
• Support managers in addressing performance-related issues.
• Maintain accurate performance records and documentation.

3. HR Operations & Employee Relations

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding, confirmation, transfers and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Assist in handling employee relations and workplace issues professionally.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented.
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment/performance-related data for management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with strong exposure to recruitment and performance management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and KPI/performance management.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Experience in the education, NGO, training or service industry is an advantage.
