We are looking for someone who wants to BUILD a career, not just close sales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and turning them into sustainable project pipelines. Your role will include:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry
• Build relationships with developers, main contractors, architects, consultants and relevant project stakeholders
• Introduce our metal roofing solutions and understand clients' project requirements
• Monitor upcoming construction projects and identify opportunities at an early stage
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations and potential projects
• Prepare and coordinate proposals, presentations and commercial submissions
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities
• Work closely with our technical, drafting, project and management teams to convert opportunities into projects
• Develop long-term client relationships rather than focusing only on one-off transactions
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, site visits and industry events

EXPERIENCE Preferred:

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales or construction-related industries
• Experience dealing with contractors, developers, architects or consultants is an advantage
• Experience in building materials, roofing, façade, construction products or related industries is highly advantageous

However, we are also open to strong candidates from other industries who can demonstrate excellent communication, initiative and business development ability.
