About the role

Extreme Design & Associates Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Admin to join our dynamic team in our Cheras, Kuala Lumpur office. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records

• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports

• Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies

• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies

• Project admin and follow up

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting administrative role / Fresh graduated is also encouraged to apply

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records

• Proficiency in using accounting software (auto count). Will be trained / guided if no knowledge of any accounting software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors

• A commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to adapt to new systems and processes

• Relevant qualifications in accounting or a related field would be an advantage

• Mandarin speaker (Mandarin / Cantonese / any Mandarin languages) is preferable
