Job Description

• Manage direct labor agency for hiring process of daily operator and Technician to meet business clients requirement.

• Manage direct labor headcount not over RFF target, base on control DL movement headcount report by monthly basic.

• Coordinate with Global agency to support Foreigner employees and family for action Visa and Work permit related.

• Company document need to be updated for submit with Government (Company license. Share holder list etc.

• Be HRM representative for local HR specification update

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or related field.

• Min 3 years of work experience in HR Management

• Proactive, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.

• Good command of both spoken & written English.

• Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
