About the role

As a Medical Planner / Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare facilities by contributing your expertise in planning and designing medical spaces. You will work closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out masterplanning of health facilities

• Conduct feasibility studies of health facilities

• Perform functional and medical planning for health facilities

• Manage contracts and administration for construction of health facilities

• Work closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives

• Develop and implement innovative and efficient design solutions for medical spaces, considering functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with healthcare regulations

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of healthcare design projects

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

• Proven experience as a Medical Planner/Architect with a focus on healthcare design

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, guidelines, and industry standards

• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients

• Ability to work as a team

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
