Operation Executive

5 Working Days, Base in One City Subang Jaya, Min 5 Years Working Experience in Furniture, Interior Design or Renovation Industry.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

1. Compare pricing, quality, and lead times to support purchasing decisions.

2. Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs).

3. Resolve purchasing issues, including shortages, damaged goods, pricing discrepancies, and invoice-related matters.

Operations & Logistics

1. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth inbound deliveries.

2. Track purchase orders and shipment schedules, ensuring timely delivery.

3. Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and supplier invoices.

Inventory Management

1. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

2. Ensure inventory records are updated accurately after goods are received.

3. Support stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
