Sunway Business School at Sunway University welcomes interested candidates to submit their resume for the above stated vacancy with the following job specifications:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and ensure smooth implementation of programme administration, e.g., coordinate school orientation briefing, update programme handbook, facilitate subject enrolment and attendance set-up.

• Assist to set-up the e-Learn platform for the respective programmes.

• Attend to walk-in customers on matters relating to entry requirements, enrolment, subject selections, credit transfer and exemptions.

• Monitor and follow-up on students with financial hold.

• Monitor course evaluation.

• Coordinate matters related to examinations, e.g., venue booking and moderations.

• Maintain a good record and filing system.

• Manage programme completions and check on students’ eligibility for graduation and assist with the graduation registration.

• Provide support during audits and other review exercises.

 Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Education/Management or any other relevant field.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and basic minutes writing.

• Able to communicate effectively and possess a positive personality.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and records.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, academic staff, and external stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and willing to learn, able to work with minimal supervision.

• Prior experience in student and programme administration in higher education institution will be an added advantage.
