We’re looking for Software Engineers who want to go beyond routine development work—people who are curious about how systems behave in production and motivated to improve them end-to-end.

The role also involves collaborating with product, operations, and other engineering team members to translate requirements into technical specifications and delivering reliable, scalable solutions. The Software Engineer is expected to follow best practices in software development, contribute to technical documentation, and support continuous improvement of systems and processes.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and enhance core system features
• Investigate and resolve real production issues
• Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Work across backend, database, and frontend components
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions
• Follow software development best practices and contribute to clean, maintainable, and reliable code
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, development practices, and processes.

Tech Stack

• Frontend & Backend: VB.NET and C# (.NET)
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server

Experience

• 1–4 years of software development experience; or
• Strong fresh graduates with solid programming fundamentals and relevant project experience.

• Exposure to real-world business systems, such as ERP, logistics, supply-chain, or operations systems.
• Experience troubleshooting or supporting software used in production environments.
