Role Description This on-site internship role is based in Shah Alam and offers hands-on exposure to NSTY Holding’s multi-brand environment across F&B, fragrance, fashion, and FMCG operations. Interns will support day-to-day tasks such as assisting with operational workflows, collecting and organizing data, preparing basic reports or presentations, and contributing to brand and marketing activities as needed. Responsibilities may include coordinating with teams at both the manufacturing facility and brand HQ, helping with administrative and project support, and participating in meetings to learn how decisions are made across the business. Interns will be encouraged to take ownership of small projects, propose ideas for process improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is an internship role intended to provide practical experience, mentorship, and insight into how a modern, fast-paced holding company

• Ability to handle basic administrative tasks, organize information, and support day-to-day operations efficiently.
• Strong interest in consumer brands, with curiosity about F&B, fragrance, fashion, and FMCG industries.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentation software) and willingness to learn new digital systems.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-moving, high-energy work environment.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree program (e.g., business, marketing, operations, supply chain, or related fields).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability in meeting commitments, and openness to feedback and mentorship.
• Willingness to work on-site in Shah Alam and to gain exposure across different brands and operational areas.
