• Deep familiarity with global social media trends, content formats, and viral marketing dynamics
• Strong functional understanding of Instagram/RedNote for community engagement, trend-spotting and creator discovery
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous (but not mandatory) for engaging specialized partner networks
• Comfortable conducting proactive outreach to external stakeholders, institutional partners and digital creators
• Possess strong research capabilities and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment

We are looking for an ambitious self-starter to help expand our reach across schools, key online personalities and strategic brand partners. In this role, you will scout high-potential opportunities, initiate outreach, and help build valuable relationships that drive brand adoption and co-marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership to test outreach strategies, coordinate partner campaigns, and keep our pipeline moving forward.
