About the Company

Our client is an established Japanese company specializing in industrial automation products and solutions. They are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Promote and maximize market share through value-added products and excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and develop new business opportunities.
• Follow up closely on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Assist the Credit Control Department with outstanding payment collection when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Candidates who are passionate about building a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome — product training and guidance will be provided.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular customer visits.
