Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ENVIROMET TECHNOLOGIES will lead the overall strategic direction, growth, and performance of the company. This full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam involves overseeing daily operations, guiding business planning, and ensuring financial sustainability. The CEO will collaborate with senior leaders to drive sales initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence in meteorological and environmental solutions. Responsibilities include setting organizational goals, managing budgets and resources, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The CEO will also foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while representing the company with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance skills, including budgeting, financial oversight, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in Operations Management, with experience overseeing end-to-end service delivery and process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, including setting long-term goals and developing actionable roadmaps.
• Proven track record in Sales, business development, and building sustainable customer relationships.
• Leadership experience in technology, engineering, or environmental solutions sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
• Experience in executive or senior management roles, ideally within a similar industry.
