Job Responsibilities


  • Support the BD team in identifying and researching potential clients.
  • Conduct lead generation through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
  • Reach out to potential clients and introduce company products/services.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and following up with prospects.
  • Maintain and update the client/lead database.
  • Support market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare reports and track outreach and sales activities.
  • Assist the BD team with presentations, proposals, and other business development activities.


Requirements


  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and client communication.
  • Proactive, confident, and willing to learn.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
