JOB PURPOSE

As a FMS IT Application Support, he/she will responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the IT applications and systems utilized in fraud detection and prevention. Their expertise in IT systems and strong analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring the integrity of our fraud management infrastructure and protecting our organization from potential fraud risks.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Key responsibilities include Incident Support and Management, Problem and Change management.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for fraud management applications and systems, including but not limited to fraud detection tools, case management systems, and reporting platforms.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the proper configuration, integration, and maintenance of fraud management systems and interfaces, and adhere to industry standard regulations.

Assist in the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing fraud management operations.

Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and troubleshooting manuals.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in fraud detection technology and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance fraud prevention capabilities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate, select, and implement new fraud management applications or system enhancements as required.

Maintain a strong understanding of fraud detection and prevention processes and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards.

• Scheduled 24/7 on-call support, project and infrastructure support and disaster recovery exercise after business hours.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in supporting and maintaining IT applications, preferably in the fraud detection or financial services domain.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in fraud management applications and systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
• Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Unix shell script) for automation and system integration.
• Experience with incident management and change management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and security.

SKILLS

3-5 years’ experience in below technologies.

• Java/JavaEE/Webservice/API technologies and web related programming language.
• Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Familiar with applications deployment in Application Servers such as Weblogic/IBM Liberty/Jboss/Tomcat.
• DB SQL knowledge, Oracle technology would be advantage.
• Couchbase or NoSQL Cloud Database knowledge would be an advantage.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure components and their role in supporting fraud management systems, including servers, networks, firewalls, and security protocols.
