• Ensure all processes whether import or export are carried out in accordance with established procedures and instruction s in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely preparation of documents for custom clearance, inward permit applications, delivery order etc for import or export consignments in compliance with customer requirements and import regulation.
• Arrange timely delivery/collection of cargoes to customers according to schedules.
• Assist customer on urgent clearance of cargoes as and when required.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to relevant parties as needed.
• Handling customer’s complaints timely and professionally.

Job Requirement

• Preferable with 2 years of similar working experience.
• Attention to Detail and team player.
• Clear and effective communication for coordinating with various parties involved in the shipping process.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Ability to quickly identify and address issues that may arise during the shipping process.
• Familiarity with shipping software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools will be added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
