We are looking for an experienced HR professional to oversee payroll and HR operations while partnering with business leaders to support effective people management and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly payroll and day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure payroll and HR processes comply with relevant statutory requirements and internal policies.
• Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to business leaders and provide practical HR guidance.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Review and improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll and employee-related matters.
• Support HR initiatives, projects, and other responsibilities based on business needs.

Skills & Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Solid experience in payroll and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian payroll, statutory requirements, and HR practices.
• Experience partnering with managers or business leaders in an HRBP capacity.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
