Salary

RM2,200 – RM2,500 per month

Job Desk

• Handle daily administrative tasks related to warehouse operations and inventory.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Stock Transfer, Request Lists, Packing Lists and receiving records.
• Update stock movements and inventory records in the warehouse/inventory system.
• Check and verify stock quantities based on system records and physical stock.
• Process stock requests from outlets and coordinate with the warehouse team for preparation.
• Prepare documents for stock transfers to outlets and ensure all required information is accurate.
• Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately.
• Monitor stock discrepancies and report differences to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Outlet, Sales, Operations, Logistics and Warehouse teams regarding stock requirements.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly warehouse reports.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of warehouse records.
• Assist with stock take and inventory reconciliation when required.
• Monitor pending stock transfers, deliveries and warehouse requests.
• Ensure all warehouse administrative processes follow company SOPs and procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties related to warehouse operations as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
