HR Operations and act as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to business leaders across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, Payroll, operational excellence and providing HR insights that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Payroll and HR Operations
• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to business leaders across the organization
• Ensure compliance
• Provide HR insights that support business growth
• Take on additional responsibilities as required, in line with the evolving structure and needs of the HR team

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Payroll software: 4 years (Required)
• HRBP: 3 years (Required)
