PTP Vendor Master Data Specialist | Mandarin Speaker

• Location: 1 Powerhouse, Bandar Utama
• Work Mode: Hybrid (Mon-Fri 9-6)
• Salary: Up to RM5,500 + Language Allowance
• Performance Bonus: 5% of Base Salary

About the Role

We are looking for a PTP Vendor Master Data Specialist to join a global Finance & Accounting Shared Services team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Accounts Payable, and Vendor Master Data experience in an SSC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Vendor Master Data in accordance with company policies and controls.
• Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes and related Accounts Payable activities.
• Handle vendor creation, modification, validation, and data maintenance.
• Support other PTP activities including Payments, GR/IR, and P2P Closing.
• Ensure vendor data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to resolve vendor and PTP-related issues.
• Perform daily operations using SAP S/4HANA.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the Finance & Accounting function.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment.
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and/or Vendor Master Data Management.
• Good knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, including Payments, GR/IR, and P2P Closing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in a similar Finance & Accounting Operations role.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high-volume transactional data.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
