岗位职责

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
  • Support analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare process flows, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with IT and business teams to understand project requirements.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing.
  • Track project tasks, issues, and follow-ups.
  • Support data analysis and prepare presentations when required.
  • Perform other IT/business analysis tasks assigned by the supervisor.
