What’s more, these trailblazers lead on Engineering Change Management across our product life cycles.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Test Principal Engineer on our Systems Development Engineering Team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.What you’ll achieve: As a Principal Engineer, you will work with minimal supervision to lead and execute complex technical initiatives focused on manufacturing process improvement, including productivity enhancement, Lean manufacturing, and digitalization projects.Accountabilities: - Operate effectively as both an individual contributor and a leader of cross-functional teams to achieve project and organizational objectives.- Lead Manufacturing Engineering initiatives and drive team efforts to support and achieve company strategic goals.- Design, develop, and implement digitalization and automation solutions leveraging advanced manufacturing technologies, including Vision Systems, OCR, Universal Robots (UR), AGVs, AMRs, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and PLC programming, in alignment with Industry 4.0 standards.- Develop and maintain software solutions using SQL, Python, and Linux-based platforms to ubleshoot hardware and system-level failures using lifecycle logs, BSOD analysis, PCIe diagnostics, UEFI error codes, and related debugging tools; proficient in utilizing IPMI, REST APIs, and SMBIOS/DMI data extraction for system monitoring and diagnostics.- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring technical excellence, timely execution, and high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell
