Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager leads and oversees a dynamic team to achieve the company's goals. This role is pivotal in proactively developing the company's business, managing existing and new projects, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager's strategic thinking, leadership skills, and effective project execution contribute to the continued success and growth of the company.

Goals:

      Achieve Profit Targets: Lead and mentor the team to effectively manage assigned projects, ensuring financial objectives are met or exceeded.

      Achieve Registration Targets: Lead and mentor the team to develop and execute effective strategies that drive participant sign-ups, ensuring registration goals are met or exceeded for each event.

Roles & Responsibilities:

      Leading, Managing and Accountability

o  Leading, managing and holding the team accountable for their performance.

o  Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

      Registration & Sign-Ups:

o  Drive participant registrations by working closely with marketing, partnerships, and operations.

o  Monitor sign-up trends, analyze data, and implement initiatives to achieve or exceed registration targets.

      Process Improvement:

o  Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

o  Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize project delivery.

      Race Concept Ideation:

o  Research and stay updated on latest race trends and innovations. 

o  Continuously evolve race concepts and prepare compelling proposals and cost sheet.

      Sponsor And Stakeholder Relationship Management:

o  Build and maintain positive relationships with stake holders, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

o  Ensure proactive efforts to achieve KPIs and deliver measurable values

      Financial Management:

o  Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are utilized effectively.

o  Prepare financial forecasts and reports.

Performance Metrics (Scorecard):

      Profit Achievement: Meeting or exceeding financial targets for assigned projects.

      Registration Achievement: Meet or exceed registration targets for assigned events through effective execution and timely intervention.

      Team Performance: Team cohesion and morale. Achievement of individual and team performance goals.
