About the role

Responsible for day-to-day management of hotel activities. This position is responsible for overseeing various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance. The objective is to ensure that every guest has a welcoming, comfortable, and exceptional stay while maximizing the hotel's efficiency and profitability. Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential to excel in this dynamic and challenging role.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff across different departments

• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction

• Manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenditure

• Prepare and review performance reports

• Implement and enforce policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly

• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

• Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proficiency in hotel management software

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong financial and budgeting acumen

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Customer service-oriented mindset

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
