Job Description:

1.     Lead and manage the Quality Control team to ensure product quality throughout incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

2.     Develop, implement, and continuously improve QC procedures, work instructions, inspection standards, and quality documentation.

3.     Establish quality systems and inspection processes suitable for a start-up manufacturing environment.

4.     Ensure products comply with customer specifications, semiconductor industry requirements, and applicable quality standards.

5.     Coordinate internal quality audits and support customer, certification, and supplier audits.

6.     Participate in external audits, including customer assessments and certification body audits.

7.     Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.

8.     Prepare quality reports and present performance updates during management review meetings.

9.     Coach, train, and develop QC Inspectors and Quality Engineers to enhance technical competency.

10.  Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.

2. Experience: 

a) Minimum 5–8 years of Quality Control experience within the oil and gas sector.

b)    Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

1. Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation control.

2. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

3. Ability to lead a team and work effectively with cross-functional departments.
