We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new market opportunities, build strategic client relationships and drive brand presence across corporate, commercial and institutional sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth : Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities and client accounts across targeted market segments.
• Pitching & Proposals : Prepare high-impact business proposals, tender presentations and sales collateral in close coordination with in-house Design and Contracts teams.
• Client Engagement : Serve as a key touchpoint for prospective clients, managing the relationship from initial inquiry through project briefing and onboarding.
• Marketing & Brand Visibility : Support traditional and digital marketing initiatives and social media strategies to elevate market positioning.
• Market Intelligence : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and pricing benchmarks to support business development strategy and market positioning.
• Performance Targets : Meet and exceed agreed individual and team revenue and pipeline targets.

Requirements

• Qualifications : Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Interior Architecture or a related field.
• Experience : 1–3 years of business development, corporate sales or account management experience, preferably within the Interior Design, Architecture, Built Environment or Fit-Out industry.
• Communication : Strong command of written and spoken English, with confidence in conducting client presentations.
• Commercial Acumen : Familiarity with proposal drafting, fee structuring and client negotiation.
• Attributes : Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of working collaboratively across design and commercial disciplines.
