Hiring! Full Time Finance Manager (Property Development) in Selangor - Ricebowl

We're looking for a finance professional with strong property development accounting experience to oversee the financial management of development projects.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll work closely with senior leadership to support project performance, cash flow management, financial reporting and business decision-making across the development lifecycle.

This role is well suited for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager ready for broader responsibilities, or a Finance Manager seeking greater ownership and exposure.

Direct exposure to the Head of Finance and CFO

Ownership of development project financial performance

Exposure across reporting, treasury, budgeting and project finance

Opportunity to lead and develop a small finance team

Broader involvement in business and project decisions

• Financial reporting and statutory compliance

• Property development accounting and project financial reporting

• Development expenditure and project cost monitoring

• Project cash flow management and financing matters

• Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting

• Tax, audit and regulatory matters

• Financial analysis and business partnering

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience within a property development environment

• Strong understanding of property development accounting, development expenditure accounting and project financial reporting

• Experience supporting residential development projects through at least one full project lifecycle

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management

Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or MICPA will be a plus.
