Role Description

The Sales Support Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia. This role is responsible for supervising the sales support team, coordinating daily sales operations, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of quotations, orders, and customer inquiries. The Sales Support Supervisor will collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare proposals, maintain customer records, and track sales performance and inventory levels. The role includes resolving customer issues, supporting after-sales service coordination, preparing regular sales reports, and contributing to the improvement of sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration or a related role.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance, and support decision-making.
• Experience in supervising or managing a team, with the ability to conduct Training for sales support team and contribute to process improvements.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or sales management systems.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be an added advantage.
