Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates to ensure client satisfaction.
Lead the technical and project teams from the award of a contract to ensure proper project execution.
Manage EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), design, construction management, and design-build projects.
Resolve project-related issues with various stakeholders, including system owners, area owners, tools owners, consultants, and relevant authorities.
Ensure compliance with relevant government laws, regulations, acts, and company business ethical standards.
Plan and prepare project schedules, ensuring timely project handover.
Manage the overall execution of contracts, including project profit and loss commitments through effective cost control and schedule management.
Attend and contribute to various meetings, such as commercial, design, technical, internal, and site meetings
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in construction operations, with a focus on building and construction works, HVAC, cleanroom, and process utility systems for industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of project management in industrial projects such as semiconductor, factory/plant expansion, data centre, cleanroon, warehouse etc.
Experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous
