JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead the technical and project teams from the award of a contract to ensure proper project execution.
• Manage EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), design, construction management, and design-build projects.
• Resolve project-related issues with various stakeholders, including system owners, area owners, tools owners, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant government laws, regulations, acts, and company business ethical standards.
• Plan and prepare project schedules, ensuring timely project handover.
• Manage the overall execution of contracts, including project profit and loss commitments through effective cost control and schedule management.
• Attend and contribute to various meetings, such as commercial, design, technical, internal, and site meetings

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction operations, with a focus on building and construction works, HVAC, cleanroom, and process utility systems for industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management in industrial projects such as semiconductor, factory/plant expansion, data centre, cleanroon, warehouse etc.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous
