We're hiring: Customer Engagement & Digital Executive @ MYDIN

MYDIN's MarComm team is looking for someone who lives and breathes customer journeys — the kind of person who gets excited about a well-timed push notification and a birthday campaign that actually converts.

What you'll own:

Personalised customer journeys on our Customer Engagement Platform

Omnichannel campaigns — email, WhatsApp, push, in-app — from planning to reporting

Segmentation, lifecycle comms (welcome, birthday, retention) and campaign performance

Content across our website, loyalty app and e-wallet

Google Business Profiles for every MYDIN store nationwide

What we're looking for:

2–4 years in CRM, customer engagement or digital marketing

Hands-on experience with a CEP/marketing automation platform (Insider, Braze, SFMC, MoEngage or similar is a plus)

Can build email campaigns and automated journeys; basic HTML a bonus

Comfortable with CMS, Canva/Figma, and juggling multiple stakeholders

You'll report to our Head of CRM & Digital Marketing and play a direct role in how millions of Malaysians experience MYDIN digitally.
