Job Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-to-1 and small-group intervention sessions for children with special needs.
- Follow individualized programmes, goals, and teaching plans.
- Use structured teaching, play-based learning, multisensory activities, and ABA-based strategies where appropriate.
- Observe, record, and monitor each child's progress.
- Prepare learning materials and activities according to the child's needs.
- Communicate professionally with parents and the centre team regarding children's progress.
- Complete session records and other required documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or a related field.
- Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Patient, caring, responsible, and comfortable working with young children.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
