About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks, backend microservices development, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative digital solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js or Vue.js.
• Convert UX/UI designs and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Implement and manage state management solutions such as Redux, Vuex, Pinia, or Zustand.
• Build reusable UI components while maintaining consistent design standards.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services through RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and development teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application functionality.

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Implement robust business logic, validations, and integrations with external systems.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of backend services.
• Apply best practices for logging, monitoring, exception handling, and security.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Work with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.
• Implement security standards including OAuth2, JWT, and TLS.
• Perform application performance tuning and monitoring.

Microservices & Architecture

• Design and implement scalable microservices-based solutions.
• Apply architecture principles such as loose coupling, fault tolerance, and service discovery.
• Implement API versioning, centralized configuration management, and inter-service communication patterns.
• Enhance system resilience through circuit breakers, retries, and other reliability patterns.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and manage applications in cloud-native environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Monitor applications using modern logging, metrics, and tracing solutions.
• Support cloud optimization initiatives, scalability improvements, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 6-10+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in React.js or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, and CSS Grid.
• Experience with frontend state management libraries.
• Strong experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid programming experience in Java (8/11/17+) and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful services.
• Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or YugabyteDB.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud-native application development.

Tools & Technologies

• Version Control: Git

• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bamboo
• Messaging Technologies: Kafka, RabbitMQ (preferred)
