Full-Time Dental Surgeon

Location: Kota Damansara, PJ
Position: Permanent, Full-Time
Guaranteed Monthly Pay: RM8,000 – RM10,000
Earning Potential: RM14,000 – RM18,000/month, including performance commission and profit-sharing rewards

We are seeking an experienced, patient-centred Dental Surgeon to join our growing dental practice in Kota Damansara. This is a full-time opportunity for a confident clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality dental care while continuing to develop professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Provide general dental treatments, including restorations, extractions, scaling and preventive care.
• Educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and long-term dental health.
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical notes, treatment records, and documentation.
• Ensure all treatments are carried out according to professional, ethical, and clinical standards.
• Work closely with Dental Surgery Assistants and other team members to provide an efficient patient experience.
• Maintain high standards of infection control, sterilisation, and clinical safety.
• Manage patient concerns professionally and communicate treatment plans clearly.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Contribute positively to the clinic's growth, patient retention, and overall quality of care.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in private dental practice.
• Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) with valid Malaysian Dental Council (MDC) registration.
• Skilled and confident in general dentistry.
• Professional, approachable, ethical, and patient-centred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and with the clinic team.
• Experience in orthodontics and/or Root Canal Treatment (RCT) is an added advantage.
