Drum Fashion Hiring! Full Time Content Creator in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging and creative content including videos, reels, stories, livestreams, tailored to different social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, RedNote (HXS) & etc).
• Produce outfit styling shots, and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
• Write compelling captions, copywriting, hashtags, and promotional messages aligned with the brand voice.
• Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and visual standards.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Company's social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, viral content, and industry developments to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive.
• Plan and conduct street interview content within shopping malls, events, and public areas to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Interview customers and members of the public on fashion trends, styling preferences, shopping habits, and lifestyle topics.
• Edit and publish street interview content in formats suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Work closely with the Retail Operations, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing and Creative teams to align content with business objectives and promotional campaigns.
• Support other marketing initiatives and projects assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe, or similar software.
• Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Familiar with social media algorithms, trends, and content best practices.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to travel between outlets and work on weekends or public holidays when required for events and campaigns.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
