Company background:

Established Malaysian construction and property development company, has completed 80+ projects across residential, commercial, infrastructure and data centre sectors

Job Scope:

• Oversee accounting and taxation activities for assigned companies.
• Manage monthly and year-end closing for multiple entities.
• Provide accounting guidance and support to team members.
• Assist in the preparation of group consolidation and consolidated accounts.
• Ensure timely completion of financial reporting and audit requirements.
• Manage statutory audit, tax planning, tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with bankers, suppliers, auditors and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis.
• Support project financial feasibility studies and evaluations.
• Prepare and maintain financial schedules, records and analysis.
• Implement and monitor effective internal controls.

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree, professional qualifications or equivalent
• Experience in statutory audits or equivalent
• 5 years and above working experiences in full set accounts, statutory audit, tax and consolidation

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
