Key Responsibilities

1. Supplier Quality Management

• Manage supplier quality assurance through supplier change management, process quality control, product compliance requirements, and root cause analysis to drive continuous supplier quality improvement.
• Handle abnormal materials identified during IQC inspection and on the production floor, including implementing immediate containment actions and long-term preventive measures.
• Follow up with suppliers on root cause analysis, corrective actions, improvement progress, and closure of quality issues.
• Track and manage claims/recovery for losses caused by supplier quality issues.

2. Process Quality Management

• Oversee the Quality Team and manufacturing process quality control.
• Identify and ensure effective control of key quality control points throughout the production process.
• Establish and supervise quality inspection, testing, laboratory analysis, and in-process inspection procedures.
• Analyze and monitor manufacturing process quality data and statistics, and manage quality abnormalities.
• Handle product quality issues during the manufacturing process, including non-conforming product control, disposition, and improvement actions.
• Optimize and improve process-related quality system procedures and documentation.

3. Customer Quality Management

• Liaise with customer service and relevant departments to clarify and establish customer quality requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Follow up on corrective action effectiveness and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

4. Customer Audits & Quality System

• Support internal audits, external audits, and quality system certifications.
• Coordinate customer audits, including communication, preparation, corrective actions, and follow-up until closure.

5. Team Management

• Manage the daily scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluation of the Quality Team.
• Establish and continuously improve inspection standards.
• Organize quality-related training and initiatives to enhance overall quality awareness and team capabilities.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
