Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Petaling Jaya. The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, conducting sales pitches, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves devising strategies to drive business growth and supporting long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and capture new opportunities
• Analytical Skills to interpret data and inform business strategies
• Self-motivation, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred
