About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager / Sales Manager to join our growing Pet World Nutrition team. This role plays a critical part in managing and expanding key accounts, driving sales growth, and developing long-term partnerships with corporate and chain store customers.

The ideal candidate is passionate about pet nutrition, understands FMCG market dynamics, and has strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.

Key responsibilities & duties

• Leading a team of Sales and to promote and market products to key customer and corporate customer.
• Responsible for maintaining and expanding company relationship with existing key customer and corporate customer and solicit new business with prospective clients.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to support the growth of the company.
• Manage assigned key accounts / chain stores
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and listings
• Drive sales growth and profitability
• Coordinate promotion and merchandising execution
• Analyze sales performance and forecasts
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Increase accounts revenue and identify fresh business opportunities adhering to given budget structure

Academic or trade qualifications

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Work experience and skills

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior is a MUST
• Required language(s):English and Bahasa Malaysia. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
• Excellent communication skills, including multiple languages.
• The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
• You are required to have a valid B License & posses own transport
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Possess good time management skill, prioritization skill, multi-tasking, work independently and a self-starter.
