We’re hiring - Senior Graphic Designer (Creative Agency)

We don’t just design, we shape ideas, craft concepts, and bring brands to life through impactful creative solutions. If you have a strong eye for design, think conceptually, and enjoy leading creative work from idea to execution, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Execute creative work from concept to final artwork across integrated campaigns (ATL & BTL), branding, publications and digital platforms.
• Design a wide range of materials, including campaign launch collaterals, annual reports, property award submission books, brochures, corporate profiles, packaging, social media ads, websites development, and etc.
• Translate client briefs into strong visual ideas and compelling creative solutions.
• Work closely with the Sr. Art Director, servicing team, copywriter to understand the client requirements and develop suitable creative solutions and executive of art work.
• Involved in the creative development of pitching materials, including campaign concepts, key visuals, mood boards, storyboards, presentation decks, and visual mock-ups.
• Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and creative excellence across all deliverables

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
• 4–6+ years of relevant experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, branding agency, or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept development, campaign work, pitching decks, and client presentation materials.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in motion graphics and digital campaigns with Adobe After Effects would be an added advantage.
• Experience in managing property-related projects or annual report design
• Strong sense of layout, colour, typography, branding, and visual storytelling
• Responsible, positive attitude, and eager to learn
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects effectively under stress.
• Mandarin speaker
