Role Description The Treasury Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Damansara. This role is responsible for managing the company’s cash flow, banking relationships, and funding requirements to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability. Daily responsibilities include monitoring cash positions, preparing cash flow forecasts, overseeing payment and collection processes, and implementing treasury policies and controls. The Treasury Manager will coordinate with internal finance and project teams on capital requirements, manage loan and investment portfolios, and support risk management activities related to interest rates, foreign exchange, and financing structures. The role also involves preparing treasury reports for management, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in treasury systems and processes.
Qualifications

• Strong treasury operations skills, including cash management, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning.
• Experience with corporate financing, bank facilities, and relationship management with financial institutions.
• Knowledge of financial risk management, including interest rate, currency, and credit risk considerations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, with solid Excel and financial system skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACT, CFA, CPA) are an advantage.
• Understanding of property development or real estate industry dynamics is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
