Customer Service Coordinator

1. Responsibilities

• To manage day to day operations
• To manage sales orders, repacking orders and trade returns
• To provide customer service and liaise with customers in order to meet their expectations and requirements
• To provide assistance during warehouse sales, and other events in reconciliation of accounts

2. Qualification / Experience Requirement

• SPM / Diploma in any field
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, etc

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
