Responsibilities

Guest Service & Communication

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly attitude, take accurate orders, and handle basic guest questions or requests.
• Process payments and record orders correctly, ensuring smooth handoffs between front-of-house and kitchen staff.

Food & Beverage Operations

• Prepare and plate simple menu items, assist kitchen staff, and maintain correct portioning and presentation standards.
• Operate point of sale systems and assist with stock rotation and basic inventory checks during shifts.

Hygiene, Safety & Support

• Keep service areas clean, follow food safety and hygiene practices, and report any hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Support opening and closing routines, restock supplies, and help the team stay organised during busy periods.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• No prior experience required; open to fresh graduates and career switchers, with on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and to stand for extended periods.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic cash handling and familiarity with point of sale systems or readiness to learn them quickly.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices, with a willingness to follow standard operating procedures.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong customer service mindset, clear communication, and a positive attitude when interacting with guests.
• Good teamwork, ability to multitask, attentive service, and reliable time management on shift.
