Fast Flow is a regional specialist company that designs, supplies and installs Rainwater Systems Solution for all types of Buildings. Our systems and solution are bespoke Siphonic, Pressurised and Hybrid rainwater drainage systems applied to our Clients requirements.

We are a company that services the construction industry and operates like an M&E subcontractor does, where our various project teams work on multiple projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring that projects are carried out within the labour & material budget parameters provided, as advised by the Project Manager.
• To prepare and submit monthly progress claims (approved by the PM), and follow up as necessary with client for agreement of claim amount, payment certification and finally payment of invoice in a timely manner.
• To apply/agree all Variation work orders/additions, Back charges, with full prior approval of Project Manager and/or Contract Administration Department.
• To constantly communicate with Project Manager to keep track of installation work status and any pending works that require attention.
• Record all documentation, emails, instructions and changes for verification and record purposes in the project file and PAS.
• Schedule/request QC Department to periodically carry out follow up inspections on projects, to verify that work is proceeding with the contract document and submittals.
• To assist the Project Manager in the planning of required, allocated labour, materials, plant, transport and equipment.
• Plan, call off and allocate materials to suit programme requirements.
• To plan activities of allocated Supervisors & workforce under their control, in line with project requirements. Coordination, site visits, time sheets, documentation etc.
• Assist Project Manager in project completion with parameters of Extension of Time, Variation Orders and Back charges in mind.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Building Services
• Prior 2-3 years experience in building construction industry is a plus.
• Experience working in multi projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and understand building construction drawings
• Good command of English; Written & Verbal
• Possess own vehicle and willing to travel to multiple site support

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
