Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily delivery operations and delivery schedules.
• Assign trips and duties to drivers and truck attendants.
• Monitor drivers’ attendance, punctuality, performance, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on time.
• Monitor GPS tracking and ensure drivers update GPS after every delivery.
• Verify delivery documents, including DOs and customer acknowledgements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, sales team, and customers regarding delivery arrangements.
• Handle delivery issues, customer complaints, rejected goods, and delays.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods to prevent damage.
• Monitor vehicle condition, cleanliness, fuel usage, and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure drivers and truck attendants follow company safety rules and procedures.
• Check and report any vehicle accidents, damages, breakdowns, or other incidents.
• Prepare daily logistics reports and update management on operational issues.
• Monitor overtime, trip allowances, and other logistics-related claims.
• Ensure proper handover and return of delivery documents and company equipment.
• Take appropriate action on operational issues and report serious misconduct or repeated non-compliance to management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
