We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Answer customers’ questions about menu items and make recommendations when needed.
• Check on customers throughout their meal and respond to requests.
• Clear and clean tables and maintain a neat dining area.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take instructions.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
